Refund policy

For every paid Reso Audio plug-in. Also in the download as REFUND_POLICY.txt.

Every paid Reso Audio plug-in has a free demo with no time limit, so please try it in your own setup before you buy.

1. 14 days, no questions asked. If you are not happy with a purchase, email support@resoaudio.com within 14 days of your order and we will refund it in full. Include the email address you bought with. You do not need to give a reason.

2. After 14 days. Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If something is broken, write to us anyway: we would rather fix it.

3. What a refund means for your license key. Your license key is checked on your own computer, with no online activation, so we cannot switch it off remotely, and we never will. Instead, when an order is refunded, that key is added to a list built into future versions of the plug-in. The version you already have keeps running, but the license ends with the refund (see the end-user license agreement, section 7). Versions released after the refund treat the key as unlicensed and run as the free demo. If you buy the plug-in again later, your key works again in the next release.

4. Chargebacks. A chargeback or payment dispute is treated the same as a refund.

5. Price adjustments. A partial refund (for example, a price match or a discount applied after purchase) does not affect your license.

Our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, processes payments and refunds. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
